/biz/, I just can't stand 9-5 jobs and I dislike leaving my house. Are there any good ways to make money from home? I do some freelance writing which only gets me about 1 dollar every 100 words, so not a lot of money for a decent bit of work, and I get interest on about 20,000 dollars in my savings account, but not much more than that. I live with my parents and they pay for my food and housing, so that's good at least, but I'd like to contribute a little more, but without having to spend 8 hours every weekday away from home. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What a country... Half of a year working only to pay taxes. If you win a contest you will have to pay 21% of the total value in taxes. You even have to pay special taxes when you buy an HDD or a CD (because you "might" use it to store "piracy").

But I don't see better roads or a better education, no. Only better suits for politicians, expensive dinners and corruption.
