I’m in land development. It’s pure civil which is neat (civil engineering is broad as fuck). Earn 80k with less than 2 years experience. I would recommend medium/small firms and depending on how retarded the local jurisdictions are and the type of projects you and your firm pursue it can be very rewarding or hilariously stupid (industrial projects are badass).
