The only way those things don't happen eventually is if Africans learn to civilization (lol), the (((elites))) are killed off and white guilt is destroyed or we just keep giving Africa infinite gibs which only produces more helpless mouths to feed and makes the demographic bomb that much bigger if the gibs are ever pulled.
