INTJ but this hasn't been assessed in any of my job/intern interviews.

Did tests with 3 of the big4 when applying for internships. Most personality assessment is in the form or written response questions, online interviews, and some multiple choice "what would you do in this situation?" tests.

It was also a similar range of tests for a large bank I just applied for in my country. Honestly, I think that institutions care more about numeric/written skills more than personality tests.

19 well-off fag here. Started working at 14 in a cafe, barely spending any money bc living with grandparents, caring for them.

Currently work for the bank making more money than I need. Graduate uni next year, long term goal is to become a partner at a big 4.

Same motivation as you, I just realised it when I was a lot younger and did something about it.
