If teachers are unwilling to work because of the violence and cops are incapable of hiring enough to maintain a semblance of order what good will throwing more money and effort, at people who don't care, achieve? They can no longer have walmarts now due to their nature and fail to care or understand the actions that led to this. I believe the time for coddling is over and that if the violence that flows from them flowed right back in spades from all parties then yes things would get better, they might pause before stealing from a store or destroying someone else's property because they might get ventilated with no trial and no recourse for equitable action through the courts or media. The alternative is a death cycle for this city and all like it while those watching from afar cheer it on. What will this mayor do differently from the last? If you're want more money for those programs know that it will be difficult to justify to the public with each passing day, they too in a more passive way just wish these people would die.
