>1- Connect to a VPN that talks out of pretty much any other country besides the USA.
2- Once connected, grab Exodus wallet, or any other wallet that supports one of the many non-Monero cryptos that 4chan takes. Load that, and save your seed words somewhere safe like normal. You don't need to use Exodus, of course, but you do need a remote wallet that won't make you sync some whole blockchain and doesn't speak outside of this VPN.
3- Assume you want to use Bitcoin, which 4chan pass accepts. Go into Exodus, and get a bitcoin receiving address.
4- Go to fixedfloat. Tell it how much bitcoin you need (not a lot), and tell it your bitcoin receiving address. It will provide you with a Monero send address.
5- Send your small amount of Monero to that address.
6- Now you have a small amount of bitcoin not attached to your monero by anything that knows who you are.
7- Pay for your 4chan pass with that bitcoin via Exodus wallet.

You could also put the VPN and Exodus in a virtual machine, but I suspect that would be overkill (it would be overkill versus passive observers trying to break everyone's privacy, and it wouldn't stop like a nation state trying to track you)
