It's over for France too. All cooks in paris restaurant are pajeets, they own a lot of stores and it's growing fast. I live in a middle class suburb in the metro area and right from my block there are 4 shops (out of 10-15) owned by indians, two minimarket, one bakery (no more french bakery btw), and an hair saloon.
Changs have been replacing Auvergne people from central France in running cafes,
tobacco store etc..
And Indian are a very small number of foreigners, if we we're like Canada, i couldn't imagine the thing
