i check volume and open interest. i don't do 0dtes, nor weeklies. i've had some success in the previous clown market, but now things have gotten even crazier and what should've gone down went up hard. all i can do now is just rework my strategy and change a few things

is there a specific reason why Powell wants to make a speech tomorrow? he's already stated they'll be raising another 25 points, with more to come. thats a signal to be bearish but at the same time he was so meek about it so the market is probably calling his bluff. maybe thats what the speech will be about, to force the market into bear mode

i wish it was a bit more accurate for bmi and muscle mass, but i shouldn't expect much from a $30 scale. at the very least i managed to lose 5 pounds in a month. the real challenge will be keeping this up and consistently losing 5 pounds every month. overall goal was to lose 40 pounds of fat and keep it off. the only other thing i'm doing is restricting my calories to 1500/day, which isn't too difficult, but after my workout sessions i probably only burn about 500 calories. and thats being optimistic about it

welp, tomorrow will be a day to watch closely. i'm counting on it going up or at least crab with the reversal being tuesday. if that happens i'll buy more TSLA puts before close tomorrow.

last week i missed my chance to sell TSLA calls at a profit early one morning because i was waging and it nearly cost me the profit i had made the previous month. luckily i still hold some puts so i dumped the money into those and today i sold some of those puts. i'm anticipating more violent swings that are going to shake people out so i'm mostly cash for now. come wednesday i might jump back into more TSLA puts.
