After a few months of job searching I am convinced that 90% of all corporate recruiters and screeners are women. Just incredible. And none of them have any expertise in their field. Most of them simply read off a list of questions.

It also seems to me that there is a pre-determined level of interest. Some positions actually need to be filled, but others are up there purely to give these people something to do.
