optionstrat.com has an optimizer you can use to get you in the ballpark. play around with it. then you need to open up the options chain in your broker and check to see if there is open interest / volume at various strike prices and it will give you the prices of all the different strike prices. pick something thats within your price range - if they're too expensive, dont trade those options - you'll have to find a different ticker to trade and just move on
