It will be a secular bear market, a mix between the 2000s bear and the 1970s bear.
i don't think a depression per se, is possible in the US though, Europe though... yikes, i can easily see DAX going back to the 2000 levels and Germany is the strong Euro economy, the french exchange still hasn't truly recovered since 2000.
