Students can't afford this. If this would be student housing, it's fine. No, you are supposed to live there as a family. Students live in even worse conditions, like pic related. They pay 1000€ for 10 square meter and pretend they are living the life. They all borrow 1500€ or something per month whilst studying "communication" (this is literally a name of a degree "communication") or they share that 1500€ appartment with like 5 people and it looks disgusting because nobody cleans and the houses are often in even worse state.
