Yes. The problem is why should males honestly advertise their quality, and how do females discriminate quality? No one has yet suggested why a car as a signal should be reliable indicators of health and vigor.
Most females easily identify a car (alone) as false advertising and deceptive trick to hide fitness defects as it is widely known that certain males overspend or rent a car.

My tip: Use index signals (if you can) or differential cost signals (signals that you somehow can produce cheaper than other people)
