If they're junk dimes, I wouldn't bother with tubes at all. Optionally for simple storage, you can get paper dime wrappers for tube rolls. Then store all the rolls in a box or tin. $6 for 36. Even if you throw 34 away, I'll bet it's less expensive. Your bank might even give you a few.
