However, savings or holding IS an important part of economic activity. People will not always instantly spend their monerujo or use Monero as a simple laundry service. That is the entire point of parallel markets and circular economies, to increase the time people are holding Monero for. And the more Monero is held for, the higher the chance of a coincidence of wants enabling it to be a better medium of exchange. That is the regression theorem in action.
I'm not contesting the opposition to the BTC "HODL until sell at higher price", I'm contesting that holding is inherently a bad thing and you have to immediately use your coins.

But why contest price discussion? Price is an exchange ratio dependent on the supply and demand. You can clearly study it and take profit from the eventual collapse of such schemes of price manipulation. There is no shame in forecasting market phenomena and making money out of it. I understand that TA might leave a bitter taste in anyone's mind, but price discussion can be done in a good manner and "prohibiting" it won't make any difference to the thread, only discourage people in good faith from doing it. We had price discussion before and we can have it again.
