I'm told by someone too stupid to make $50k of anything that he made $50k LINK (who disappears after I ask him for any evidence) in the same time I had no idea what to do with all the money my properties were generating other than to loan $60k to someone.

I have some Square One condos (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada). Really good area. At the start of this year, I went from a traditional rental model to Airbnb and I've been getting 1.5-2x the return. By February I'll make another down payment on a Square One condo and rent it out.
