A lot of young people who cannot seem to fulfill all the demands of other companies that they spent their degree on are now going into teaching the same subjects they did not have any experience professionally working under, this can further cheapen the entire job role as a whole.

Also the fiat currency and the fact that free education and public schooling has become less and less efficient in actually teaching students the proper things to guide them, i don't know if it will still be a thing in the future since funding it costs so much and you can already see a lot of schools are either not spending their budget properly or are just getting poorer since most hire school workers from agencies since it's cheaper that way this goes from teaching to hr to cover supervisor to librarians to a lot of things, the workers don't get paid much even for holidays so it's usually contract or hourly to avoid paying for people.

There is a lot of bullshit going on in schools but overall there seems to be a high demand currently and still going, the pay seems to be ok for now and you still get a lot of holidays off which is ok since you have to deal with a lot of bullshit. The only staff that get respectable amount are teachers anyways and the demand seems to be across the country even in the cheaper parts so you can get a home and settle depending if you can get a full time permanent role and not an agency. Also with a qts i believe you are able to teach in other countries too which i guess is always an option. I'm also planning to do a pgce and qts starting this year but my references are not doing their shit for me to submit probably due to the epidemic, though hopefully i get in.
