If I may add to you gentlemen-
Get an instant pot
>fill with chicken thighs and drums
>start machine 30 mins later meat falls off bone
>debone meat, use for whatever
here is the important part >break the chicken bones so the marrow inside and other goodness seeps out better
>pressure cook in machine for another 2 hours
>turn off and let sit for 1 hour (otherwise the steam escape looses you a lot of concentrated goodness

you now have a very concentrated bone broth. let cool, skim fat off, pour into ice cube trays. then put one or two cubes with good fresh water to microwave for two minutes and you got yourself a miracle elixir there for your leaky gut and other ailments. i always add salt after i've microwaved it. good luck anons. also, get the largest capacity instant pot. buy one used. they are pretty sturdy, unless some punk was cooking meth in it. got mine for $20 at a thrift place.
