first is my main job. Pays 48k/year, but boss/Mother-in-law ran out of money in november. Says she'll pay be all back pay(~12k) in March when her trust fund comes in. If I left, the land (80acres) which is deeded to my wife when MIL passes, would have to be sold. Knowing my MIL, she would then proceed to waste all that money again.

Second job is teaching at my university for grad school. I'm getting my MS in Chemistry. Teaching is about 7.5k a semester. It's going to pay an old debt with the uni though.

I applied for many jobs, but this one is the only one that works with schedules and everything.
At least I'm the best salesman in the "region", whatever that means though. May apply for car dealerships in the summer.
