Not exactly a conversion chart, but a sampling of prices at the time. With inflation there being rampant, I'd recommend just going to a currency conversion web site such as
https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/
(it works, so I haven't bothered researching what site is 'best'), and maybe making a spreadsheet with prices of these items in your country, then calculating a column with the prices in Bolivars.
Of course, that assumes any item is valued the same in both countries. I don't know of a site that lists current Venezuelan prices for these items.

This is an extremely misleading graph. The price of silver in VEF dropped because VEF is no longer used in Venezuela. It was replaced in August 2018 with the VES.
