The housing market is never going to crash unless people lose their jobs and are forced to sell. This will never happen because the federal reserve is not going to put us into a depression just because inflation is high

what do you like doing? if everyone else on earth vanished and you could exist entirely for free, what would you be doing?
if your answer is "i dunno," take time to try new things until you find something you enjoy that could also potentially make you money. also, if you're so out of touch with yourself that you don't know what you like and what you want out of your own life, that implies you had a pretty chaotic childhood where your primary caretakers didnt give a shit about you and the needs of others were placed above your own. for that, i'm truly sorry.
once you find something you actually enjoy doing, you wont need motivation or discipline or david goggins screaming at you that youre a bitch if you sleep in past 6am to stick with it until youre skilled enough at it to become a professional. all the pieces will fall into place on their own.
even if it takes you until youre 50, thats a solid 20-30 years of meaningful life, which is priceless.
