I think this is true. They may not be doing it consciously, or it may just be corporate policy. I don't understand the "work constantly until you retire mentality." The who point of innovation is to do less work. How about that 3 day work everyone was talking about in the 70s? Am I right hue hue.Fucking kill me, pic unrelated.

It feels like 2006-2007 all over again doesn't it?

I'm not sure what exactly is propping these prices up, is it the west coast tech bubble doing it? Or is it boomer house flippers who keep flipping the hot potato until someone gets left holding the bag?

I just don't understand who the fuck would buy a house like that at that price with the end goal of living in it themselves.

Not worse than me. I sold off 100 of my ETH at the very bottom of last Summer's crash (July 16 2017) at $150. Fomo'd back in when it reached $200 and lost like 30 ETH because of my dumbassery.

I'm still dumb because I didn't sell any of my ETH even after the crash, I figure I'll just keep hanging on because my stack isn't worth selling off since the risk of selling now before some kind of recovery is getting increasingly likely.

I'm turning 30 next week.

I feel almost the same as I did when I was 20, still physically in the same shape roughly. I'm the same weight as I was in high school. Biggest difference is that I'm more mentally tough. I used to have bad depression when I was 20, I feel fine now. More easily able to deal with adversity. More money, better job. Hot gf. Less socially awkward.

Being 20 isn't bad but in my life I wouldn't trade being 20 forever with being 30 forever. My life at 20 sucked ass.
