You did sell your free UNI coins at $8 each right?

Can someone tell me how my math is wrong?

Uniswap has currently 300mill daily volume, and UNI owners will be paid 0.05% of that. Assuming current supply of about 100 mill, the annual payout per UNI will be roughly

(300 000 000 * 365 * 0.05 / 100) / 100 000 000 = .5 USD.

Now assuming a stable financial asset returns about 5% interest on average, this would result in UNI taking a price of 0.5/(0.05) = 10 USD.

There are of course confounding factors, like the total volume or circulating supply increasing, but since these will work against eachother, I cannot possible imagine the coin being worth much more than 10USD (whether the price will reflect that is of course another story all together).
