company just launched a new product. lots of innovation and shit

so now marketing is on the table and one of the goals is to find a low budget whiteboard explanation video producer. So the budget for the pilot episode is quite limited. If sales start converging, the budget will be expanded (2x - 3x).

Now obviously both options are not worth it. So what I'm looking for is a middle ground. Some small one man company who's offering a fair price and still delivers quality content with the possibilty of expanding the collaboration afterwards.

I found a decent one in the UK or US a couple of months ago, meeting all the requirements but unfortunately I didn't save the link and can't find them anymore.

Now you wouldn't know one of these companies, would you?
