Never thought I'd say this, but smart move from Trump in briefing. By proposing a payroll tax cut stimulus, and not another limited beneficiary income tax cut, dems are likely to pass it quick. Dems love payroll tax cuts. Money to the bottom.
Even though it's only .0001 liquidity injected back to the bottom, it will sail through congress & have great optics like the administration is actually doing something in response to the markets this week.
