I'm in a spot where I realized I wasted the past 10 years of my life just browsing the internet and have accomplished nothing to my name. For the past 7 years I have watched porn everyday and my mind is programmed to think I need sex when I don't do anything to get it. This is what culminated in me doing the deed. Now I realize sex is worthless without the companionship, but I still have the porn addiction to shake.

I actually quit 4chan in early December and haven't came back until the past 2 or so hours. I have also lifted and cooked 3 meals each day in the new year.
