Certainly. It was a big meme stock a while ago, but when it dropped off a lot of people sold (I myself stopped talking about it). All nodes stake $1k. The 10 nodes lose $1k and get blacklisted which means they won't probably ever get selected for jobs again(depending on the min requirements).
