Get a call from eBay talking about their new Return policy and if I wanted to be one of the beta testers.

Now when I receive a return & accept it, I can deduct the shipping cost of what I paid to get it to the buyer. Pretty good huh?

I love when buyers open the wrong type of return.
He would've lost the return even if he opened it the right way and I wasn't able to close it myself.
