Relative to its peers in the AI, GPU, server departments, it is trading at low PE. AMD is at 350, INTC is at cca 100... Qualcomm, Samsung, ARM, all these are hugely irrelevant. So is Broadcom.
So yes, relative to its most direct competitors it is cheap.
It's like Eli Lilly. Just cruising along, unworried, moisturized, because it is the best. Who cares it is trading at PE of 120? Same thing with NVIDIA.
Also, forward PE of 33 for NVDA? The f3gg? That is insanely low. Especially for US mega tech. Come on guys, get with the program.
I seriously do not understand how anyone can be bearish on NVIDIA.
NVIDIA and MSFT are gonna be the kings of market cap this year. I fully suspect NVIDIA to surpass Apple this year
