Really? That's weird i never got any issue dealing with them, i ordered a dozen times from them over the years and never had to complain. I often had to wait between 3 days and a week, but never more.
That said, as long as you receive your order safely, it's all that matter. I mean 1 month is a bit slow i admit, but it could be worse.

For example i bought during the march 2020 dip 4x 5kg bars from achat-or-argent and it was the WORST experience ever. I had to threaten them with a legal lawsuit before they accepted to deliver my stuff. I got them in fucking november 2020. 9 fucking MONTHS before i could get my hands on what i paid for.
And they called me countless times asking me to cancell my order under all kind of fallacies, then proposed me to buyback my order. At first for 500€, then 1K, then 2K, then 2.5K, then 3K... lol!
These fuckers sold way more metals than what they had in stocks and it backfired big time during the early scamdemic run on gold and silver.
On top of that, all online sellers had their calculating algos being (spot+1.5/2€ premium per oz), and when it plunged for a day to $12 is when i went all in. Got 20kg for 14€/oz. But they themselves couldn't order at those prices later on as it bounced back very quickly, and they had to modify their price algos afterward to avoid this situation in the future. But this one day, big stores lost a shit ton of money.

Anyway, always refused their offers. Always told them to fuck off and gimme my shiners.
In the end, they didn't even send me the bars, i had to move to their store to get it, and it wasn't even the bars i asked for! But at this point i simply was happy to get my hands on the metal and gave up asking for the brand i ordered.
I left the worst evaluation possible on every consoomer website i could find tho. :)

Apparently it's the best material for nanostuff after graphene (but who cares of graphene, it's fucking carbon, we won't invest in coal), and new applications are found everyday, especially for silver nanowires, quantum dots and silver nanocrystals who are super promising apparently.

Beside that, gold nanoparticles also have a wide range of uses as catalyst, nano-coating of chips and semiconductors, colormetric sensors, photodynamic therapy, nanomirroring, etc...
