Former wagecuck here (suspended for physically assaulting a coworker, but its not looking good haha) and I can confirm that vast majority does the bare minimum and gets away with it. About 5% do most of the work (1% doing it and not being really annoying about it) while the bottom 10% literally dont do shit. Now the key is to be the 11th percentile if you really wanna costmaxx your employers without getting fired. Fun fact, in most cases its actually illegal to fire someone for being bad at their job, who knew
