yes, tether market cap's been increasing. you can see it on CMC, no need for tradingview.
most of the btc trading volume has been in xbt (leverage) and USDT - both at all time highs.
the volume in fiat exchanges are pretty low, higher than last year by comparison but nowhere near 2017.

so, no new money is coming in it's just an unaudited token and bitcoin pumping itself up.
there's been no help from the media to generate FOMO to bring new money in. if it kickstarts a new round of normies coming in great... GBR.
if not, as soon as whales start to cash in all that BTC that's been shuffled around by leverage, bulls are absolutely screwed. that's why some posters have said it's an exit scam.
