but in a bear market chainlink isnt gonna do more than a 2x to 3x here. chainlink is the LAST STEP in the decentralization phase of a smart contract. for it to function properly it needs a layer 1 that scales. and that wont happen until either eth side chains work or until some POS layer 1 gets some traction.
