MakerDAO has pretty much been entirely overshadowed by Reserve at this point. It's a bad design and prolly won't last. Reserve is a far better system that isn't tied strictly to the USD which is basically a fiat shitcoin.

It is an arbitrage coin. The stable coin is RSV. If you hold RSR you are betting on the success of a decentralized stable coin based on a basket of assets ONLY A FRACTION OF WHICH WILL BE USD and then only if voted on. This is the most substantial project in crypto right now in terms of finance, and will sit on top of ALL worthy layer 1 networks in the near future.

Tether is going to implode and is based on the dollar anyway, so if it doesn't implode under the weight of it's own fraud, the dollar will take it down when it goes. There are only two decentralized stablecoins of note, and here is why RSR is a better play.
