Why will Powell give a speech to devastate the USD? He is in bed with the dem's to destroy one of trumps major show ponies for the coming election. If the dollar is devastated the economy will also suffer albeit for the short term this gives slow Joe the chance to beat trump int he coming election.

Most investors will flock to safe haven currencies for the most part such as YEN and CHF besides these traditional safe havens there will also be a chunk of money directed to BTC. This inflow will kick off a bull run for BTC and will leave most alts in red for the foreseeable future. After which BTC will find a new and higher price level and the profits made will partly flow into alts kicking of an alt-season. The whole bull run will be just as big if not bigger than in 2017. New top 20 coins will show up, personally I have one alt I think will shine the brightest, but for now I'm all in on BTC.
