I want to make Jack Bogle spin in his grave and use my Vanguard Roth IRA to buy crypto ETFs. Just BTC and ETH, nothing too crazy.

Where are we at as far as getting those up and running?

This is why gambling is illegal, kids.

Should've bought a diverse basket of low-cost, broad-market index funds with that money.

Seriously none of you whippersnappers are saving for retirement?

The only trading you'll want to do, you little shit, is selling at a conservative withdrawal rate after you hit your target retirement date.

An old CPA friend of the family told me this years ago. Best piece of advice I ever received. I proceeded to cut people off left and right.

Why would you not just put that money in your brokerage's money market account? That's a guaranteed higher rate of return for 0 additional risk.

No need to splurge, Richie Rich.

Better still, OP should get a solid bike for a couple hundred. Live near work, bundle up for winter, and he'd be raking in the cash.

Oh shit nigger what are you doing. Current prices and previous returns mean fuck all.

The strongest indicators of long term (retirement) investing success are sticking to a reasonable asset allocation and lowering your expense ratios.

You're 21, that's young as shit. So go balls to the wall in stocks (asset allocation) and rape AOJFT's 0.07% expense ratio like its your roofied prom date.

As a comprehensive, low cost index fund, it will get you massive returns as long as you don't sell out during the usual 5%, 10%, 20% market downturns.

If you're a pussy, throw maybe 10% into bonds. NTCAT seems like it will jew you the least while still being diverse.

If you're a mindless child, go with >>414503. You can't fuck up target date funds.

You should also dick around with the calculator here https://www.futureadvisor.com/401k/the-kroger-co to learn how much fees cost your broke ass. If you don't think that shit is the tightest, get the fuck out out of /biz/.
