My financial advice is to unironically short DG. I did extensive research while visiting their stores in the last 2 weeks and I have concluded that they offer basically nothing of value of larger chain stores. None of their food or beverages are any cheaper than your normal grocery store, and most of their non-food products actually cost more than normal stores. Their store brand clover valley is supposed to be like great value at walmart, but it's not any cheaper. A clover valley frozen pizza will run you $6. A Meijer brand frozen pizza is $4 and is pretty good quality. A 12 pack of coke zero can's cost me $7 before deposit. The place is kind of a fucking joke. I only go there to buy disposable razors and toilet paper. The fact they are staffed so sparingly should give them the ability to lower their prices but they don't. Short the fucking shit out of that stock. I'm betting my reputation on their earnings report. I've done my research.

I feel like I am a damned soul forced to live out my days in solitude. I deserve this punishment because I was a real bastard in my 20's. I feel like I'm just waiting to die. Strange place to be at.
