>oh boy i'm so happy that big wall street players are involved in crypto now. i love that the options market is open to people with deep insider knowledge and that the biggest names in the industry have successfully gotten anti-regulatory candidates elected. the price will go up forever now.

I mean I will give George the respect that he at least analyzes things like the 4 year bull cycle, the fed rates, the etf inflows/outflows and so on to actually draw his bullish narratives. He's not a genius level expert, but he's smart enough to see the signs and made a living making a channel about it and trading. I don't think he's a complete retard, most 80 IQ people do not become multimillionaires before the age of 40.

But yeah, bitcoin gongo up.

I started watching him because he was a meme here and I liked some of what he is saying. After watching him for a few months, it's become apparent to me that he doesn't actually read a lot of the articles he cites. The conclusions he draws from what he reads just do not line up with what is discussed in these articles.

At the very least, he does collect and organize to some extent this news. If I see an interesting headline then I can go and read it for myself. His commentary is just really inaccurate.

It's fun to look at the TA charts. He has that one shark tank ripoff show. It looked OK.

honestly something happening with binance concerns me. just the sheer volume (or alleged volume anyways kek) that is traded on the exchange would cause a big capitulation. I don't know about it being as big of a capitulation though. FTX taught people not to keep funds on exchanges and that lesson shines through with how much is actually still held on exchanges.

then again, it's obvious that binance is a bad actor in the space. if they get absolutely fucked and if I can buy a whole btc for $15k or less then that's good news to me. assuming this all happens, coinbase and kraken will be big winners. or really any business that isn't a massive fraud. screencap this.

i might just do this kek. supply of coins that actually circulate is still dropping. people are still willing to pay $29 thousand for a bitcoin and as the supply gets even less elastic, that demand to get your hands on bitcoin will grow greater. i wonder if the recent spot bitcoin etf listings and all the volume they will bring will mean an even more volatile bullrun, or less volatile

"From our perspective, and based on conversations with sell-side desks, this rally was led by institutional buyers," said Wes Hansen, head of trading and operations at crypto hedge fund Arca.

At crypto broker Genesis Trading, "dozens" of top-tier clients have increased their exposure to bitcoin following the BlackRock filing, said Gordon Grant, managing director of sales and trading.

A spot bitcoin ETF could rebuild investors' confidence in their ability to move U.S. dollars in and out of cryptocurrency, after the collapse of crypto lenders Signature, Silvergate and Silicon Valley Bank in the United States earlier this year, Grant added.

"The market is now pricing an ability to put a significant amount of fiat - if there is the volition to do so - into bitcoin, and that is such a significant development."

Luuk Strijers, chief commercial officer of crypto derivatives exchange Deribit, said that he'd seen a significant increase in call buying, pointing to "bullish momentum."

To be sure, the SEC has yet to approve BlackRock's application and it has so far rejected proposed ETFs that track bitcoin from the likes of Fidelity and Cboe Global Markets. The SEC has cited concerns about market manipulation in such products. Digital asset manager Grayscale had its proposal for a spot bitcoin ETF rejected last year.

"In previous spot ETF rejections, the SEC has cited concerns about market manipulation, and BlackRock's application appears to take a different approach to address this sticking point," said Riyad Carey, a research analyst at Kaiko.
