I’m very cautious right now. I have been honestly embarrassed with the mega-cap leading the market indexes higher as I am underperforming the S&P by 600bps. I’ve seen this before and navigated through it. Through the Cramer four horsemen of tech and through the FANG top. I’ve seen it all. The indexes are crowded with the mega-cap and getting even more narrow. The majority of stocks are not doing well, and the AI craze has ripped the few higher, giving false comfort to people who continue to chase these overbought and overloved stocks. I study attribution and have for decades, and this is a real risk as we advance because the more narrow this gets with the mega-cap pushing the market indexes even more overbought and exhausted with the DeMark indicators giving exhaustion signals
