Anon, what the hell is wrong with crypto? And more specifically what the hell is wrong with altcoins? I'm balls deep in Cardano, around one-twentieth of it's all time high, and I'm just straight up losing all my money once again. You wake up, what's this another 10% of all my money gone.

Chainalink was a fresh breath of fresh air with it's recent pump. And then, even on /biz/ shills got poor moonboys to buy their bags at 4.xx, and boom we have another generation of suckers.

Will alts ever stop being a fucking joke? What kind of crypto or token would actually provide enough real world value to justify these billion-dollar market caps? Is there one out there?

Guys, what do you think of my plan:

- Sell all altcoin and acquire 1 BTC. Trade this BTC on 2x leverage all year long on Bitmex.

Bitcoin shouldn't go down more than 50%, but just to be safe I will only do 2x leverage. I would be reaping some nice gains. Probably I will never make it, certainly not in this run, but if BTC hits 100k I could afford half a house.

Let's talk about how far you gentlemen think this bull run will go. Are we all deceiving ourselves, and we will only get smoked even before reaching 20k, and suffer another 50%-80% loss?

The way I see it, if this recovery is for real, this is only the beginning, and the next actual bull run should be an order of magnitude higher. That means 80k-100k BTC easily. But it can't keep working like that forever, we have to realize there is not endless money in the world and not every bull run can go exponentially higher.

What do you think?

I love Cardano. They have the most beautiful road map in all of crypto, and beautiful ideas. They have a shot of becoming one of the first well-working proof-of-stake coins this year.

However, this got me thinking about proof of stake. Even Ethereum's recent woes I think are in part related to it transitioning to POS in the future. ETH needs no value to function, unlike BTC. Why invest in a deflationary coin?

That is to say, considering there is next to no electricity cost in staking POS coins, what prevents that from simply becoming the inflation rate? Who would be buying, why would the value of the token increase, all these whys.

Does anyone have any expertize?
