I just mentioned what a nice solution would look like. I am not sure if it would remain stable thanks to retarded voters and politicians. You could try to secure it behind several institutional layers, such as requiring an overwhelming majority in congress coupled with the approval of the fed and maybe a couple of additional security layers. Also the increased taxes to the FAANG monopoly make sense and would happen given a market share tax automatically, but they would need to be offset by lower taxes in other, more competitive industries imo .
