I believe NYMT is. But a lot of people seem to shrug off REITs. I've mentioned it on rare occasion back when it was around 2.50, now at 4.00. Dividend looks like it's going back up steadily. At the rate it's going the stock will likely be back at the $6 range by eoy. A 50% increase in value if you only touched shares right now. I went with options which will give me a variable return should this happen. Pic related.
