It's okay to be wary of leveraged ETFs. VOO and VUG are solid. If you're the passive type of investor, ignore the dips and stop trying to time the market and just dump a portion of your paycheck into those ETFs every month. You'll still see equal or better returns to the S&P granted the tech sector keeps doing well over time.

Yes they are expensive. But they're very stable and beat the average market over time since they're usually tech heavy (25%+ of basket in FAANG, and Microsoft).. if you firmly believe in tech not blowing up anytime soon, just buy 1 or 2 at a time.
