and obviously there's the ARG aspect of /xsg/. in some ways this is probably the most ambitious ARG of all time, considering how it relates to the shift to digital economy. definitely up there with Cicada 3301 and Qanon but way more under-the-radar than either of those. i think the way different platforms and influencers were used to target different demographics was really interesting, and the different narratives and plot arcs (trustline casino, lawsuit/XRP army, the ongoing research about connections with banks). big fan of how it had an educational aspect too. more people can probably explain what SWIFT does, in detail, and how it relates to the global economy than at any point in its history.

looking into the history of ARGs was an interesting subquest for me while spending time in these threads. the same people made ARGs as the internet and remote viewing, pretty much- roughly, "cypherpunks," the community that spawned Bitcoin and Wikileaks that Schwartz was/is part of
