Their infrastructure got DDoSed because of high demand, not unlike the AVAX ICO, before AVAX went x300. It will probably end up bullish here as well, the problem is that people started faking screenshots claiming money was lost and nothing was working, and even sites like Coindesk and Decrypt started spreading the fake screenshots.

Seeing what's happening, a lot of swingies sold in order to buy back lower.

Overall, we have a higher bottom than before the conference, and sure proof that we aren't getting farmed, and that TOAD is part of SHIB.
But it also means we'll have to wait, as they'll first need to fix their infrastructure, and then wait more until they announce us. And a lot of people, who know this is a x1000 are still selling, because they want to increase the stacks, and they think they have time.

FUDders talk about changing goal posts, but 1 month ago the FUD was that there's no affiliation with SHIB.
Then they admitted the affiliation, but said they'll pretend they don't know us, after having farmed us. Instead SHIB put our logo on display, so that's also proven wrong.
Now FUDders are grasping onto a screenshot that was proven fake.
And once people find out that it was faked, which will happen in the next 3 days when the bridge starts working again, they'll have to once again change goal posts.
All in all, it's incredibly bullish.
