Anons do you have any advice for an anon, in their early 20s, who feels as if they have lost their way in life?

I don't know what to make of this election outcome and my career prospect? I got a masters degree in a very nepotistic field that tends to probably have a bad unemployment rate in normal circumstances and honestly regret not pushing back against my parents. Is there a trade that can be picked up quickly and allow me to stay competitive as the US declines?

Also will my portfolio save my future?
