I understand your pain, just remember you can travel wherever you want, why not try hawaii, life is a lot easier than you think especially if you are single without any dependents. try something you always wanted to do, like i dont know sailing or something,
it just sounds like you lack motivation, it happens especially when you get close to 30. my advice dont take life too seriously and set a goal, there has to be something you always wanted to do.

I dont know if it is a problem, I sold my btc on april of last year at 41000 or something, used the money to travel in europe. but thats not the problem.
I was using my money for expensive european escorts. while traveling around in different airbnbs.
