So, in practice, financing a business or startup under the first principle would look like this:

In my vision, when an established business or a startup want to raise capital, they would need to make a prospectus in line with this principle

The main section of the prospectus should look like this, for example:

“for X amount of capital, we promise to share c% of revenue starting from year A until year B, which projected to be $Y in total”

The idea of using revenue rather than income or operating cash flow is for enterprises to be harder to manipulate their statements, since they wouldn’t be able to cook their expenses and auditing frauds in revenue tends to be easier than in expenses.
