While technically correct deflationary PoS like ethereum has the chance of becoming a Maxwell Demon, because previous PoS system required the staking of something like land in feudalism and this lead to centralization and collapse of the system as there was a finite ammount of the good being staked, or bonds in the post 1971 fiat system.

What gives Ethereum a chance at becoming a Maxwell Demon is the fact that the staked good is deflationary, nor lands in feudalism nor bonds in post 1971 fiat were deflationary.

This means there is an incentive to the high stakers to sell their stake due to gains from deflation.

If the FED decides on a 50 bps, then no, the market has failed to price that in. The market is now high on hopium, hoping they will do maximum of 25 bps, with most people thinking that the FED will instead take a neutral stance and skip a hike this time...
Such naivete

We all know the traditional trades such as welding, plumbing, etc., but what are some other home-service type of trade ideas? I'm thinking of taking up something that isn't already oversaturated. Here are some I can think of:
> Home security installation
> Kitchen renovation
> Gutter biz (cleaning + gutter guard installation)
> Chimney cleaning

What are some other unique niche trade ideas that can still make a lot of money? I understand saturation is everywhere, but keep in mind there is such a thing as oversaturation to the point your business fails right of the gate (always happens if you make your niche too generic, then that means normies have already flooded the market beyond repair).

I am taking the minimalism pill. I don't need money to be happy. In fact, the more shit I buy, the more I feel stressed out. I will own very little and be happy. Enjoy your debt, faggots

Post WWII America is a historical anomaly. Everyone getting their own nice house on a high school diploma job is unfortunately an aberration. Soon enough America will return to multi-generational housing (everyone under one roof) like most of the rest of the world. We're already seeing it start to happen

I have a BS and MS in biotech and I'm about to make six figures. Getting rejected from PhD programs was the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm living the good life while my friends from my master's program are still working 60-80 hours/week just so that their PI can get first author on a paper that they did all the work for. Oh yeah, they're poor as fuck too because stipends don't go far in big cities. Experience > education

/biz/ funded property idea:
>everyone donates tiny amount of btc to an address decided through a governance vote, keys accessible to donors
>once enough BTC has been donated we use the address to buy property or land
>said property is distributed to all donors, e.g /biz/ members can use the house or land as they wish
>keep doing this process until many properties are owned and many acres of land are owned
>everyone owns something and everyone is happy
>klaus and wef seethe
Tell me why this wouldn't work.

I'm 28 years old, have absolutely no debt, and my wife and I both make $75,000/year. We have one child and live in a high cost of living state (thankfully not California or New York). We gave up on trying to buy a house. How's my future looking? Seems like everyone on here makes six figures but I suppose my household income is up there.
