It is happening worldwide. Here in Czechistan, we have the second or third most expensive real estate (compared to average income) in the world. Absolute ruins and shacks 30km outside of Prague are still going upwards from $400 000, with the average netto annual income being $15 000. Decent family houses in Prague can easily go for a million dollars. I have been tracking the number of properties for sale on the biggest czech website we have for it, for the last month. In one month, the number of apartments and houses for sale in Prague and Prague - West (which is a different cadastral unit outside Prague) increased by 7%. And nobody, except russki specoolators, is buying the overpriced shit.
